Welcome to A2z Remote Hub — Your Trusted Remote Specialist. By placing an order with us via WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. Order Placement
All orders are accepted through WhatsApp only. Customers must share a photo of their existing remote or the device model number to help us identify the correct compatible remote. Orders are confirmed only after our team sends a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
2. Pricing
Prices are shared directly with customers via WhatsApp. All prices are inclusive of standard delivery charges unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
We accept UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), and advance payment via WhatsApp Pay or bank transfer. COD orders may require a small advance payment to confirm the booking. Please refer to our COD Policy for full details.
4. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to provide the most compatible and working remote based on the information you share with us. For best results, please share clear photos of your original remote or your device's model number. A2z Remote Hub is not responsible for incorrect orders caused by inaccurate model information provided by the customer.
5. Delivery
We deliver pan-India via trusted courier partners. Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays or in remote areas. Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email if provided.
6. Customer Support
You can contact our team via WhatsApp, Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (excluding public holidays). We aim to respond within a few hours during business hours.
7. Limitation of Liability
A2z Remote Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our products. All remotes are thoroughly tested before shipping.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
