What if I don't know my remote's model number?+
That's exactly the problem we solve. Send a photo of the old remote or the device, and we'll identify the right one for you.
Do you deliver across India?+
Yes — we dispatch pan-India Delivery.
Do you offer same-day delivery?+
In Delhi NCR, yes — via Porter, with Porter charges paid by the customer. Elsewhere, delivery typically takes 2–7 days.
Will the remote work just like the original?+
Yes. We verify exact compatibility before dispatch, so it functions just like your original remote.
What if the wrong remote is delivered?+
It's rare because we verify compatibility first — but if anything's off, we make it right with easy replacement.
How long does delivery take?+
Typically 2–7 days depending on your location, or same-day in Delhi NCR via Porter. We'll share an estimate when you order.
